I think it's actually expensive considering the diesel engines are under $1k/piece USD on their site, and an old bike should be had for under $1k USD in the US (i.e. a non-running one that would accommodate this engine). But they are asking $7k+ USD?! Surely some backwater redneck engineer can make these for half the cost!
