Confortable bike for a couple

Hello friends,

I m planning on travelling from Chile to Colombia with my girlfriend on a single bike. Is an enduro (like KLR650) confortable for the passenger on long distances? Any advices on the choice of the bike would be welcome!

Thanks!

Seb

Two up, the bigger the better to be honest, as the weight factor of two people on board isn't so great... probably why you see so many BMW 1200's with matching his and hers outfits...

However, I'm sure there will be plenty of people along any minute saying "why don't you get her her own bike? - it's much easier than riding two up on rough roads" etc etc.

They do have a point though...
