Good of you to post the link here. Correct me if I'm wrong but this stuff isn't free at all - I have had a closer look and all the manuals I'm interested in have a £15 charge!

Perhaps I'm a bit stupid? If I'm doing something wrong then please advise me accordingly...

Am I the only idiot here?

£15 charge?, i have downloaded lots of manuals from here over the last few months, there is no charge whatsoever, just select the manual you want to download, you will then have to type in a verification code which is given to you on the screen, and thats it, no charge.

Ok, i think i see the problem, when you select the manual you want to download you are taken to another screen where you are asked for a verification code, just type in the verification code thats allready visible on the screen (seems to work best with caps lock button activated) and then press the submit button.
You are then taken to another screen, and it will say :verification code was correct: underneath it will say :click here to download you manual: just put your pointer on that sentence and left click, and thats it!
There are advertisements for Haynes manuals etc on the same screen, im guessing those are the ones looking for the £15?
Anyway, thats all there is to getting your free manual, good luck.

Your right! I was clicking the wrong link.... It would help if the ads were smaller than the real link.

What a fabulous link you have found. With you're permission I would like to use this on YAMAHA? I keep 2 downloads on the first page because they are so damned helpful. This find of yours actually trumps those links.

I will phone my mate in a minute, he's got a HONDA XR650 and has been looking for a service manual for ages.

All the very best and thanks.

Yea it doesnt help that the ads are so big!, i clicked on them the first time i used the site too.
And you dont need my permission to use it on Yamaha, its just a site i found and i think lots of people on here will benefit from it so post it in as many places as you like, the more people that see it the better,
Cheerio.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
