Bike for a trip to Morocco/Algeria/Tunisia
Mate and I are planning to do a trip to Morocco and possibly Algeria & Tunisia and he's already bought a Tenere for the trip. I'm looking around for a bike for myself. Is the Tenere the ideal bike or should I be looking at anything else? DR?
Also, is there much value to be had in us both having the same bike, perhaps to reduce costs on spares? |

Thanks for that. Glad you said that too, as I bought one from a HUBB member on Tuesday! Have now got a 2007 XT600E with Metal Mule panniers & an Ascerbis tank and am really enjoying riding it. Just need to find a screen for it as I was getting blown to bits on Tuesday & even 110kmh round the M25 was quite unpleasant (will be a lot nicer in hot weather of course!)..
