Aprilia Pegaso Tuscany-Tibet
Does anyone have any opinions/experience of the above variant of the Aprilia Pegaso? They seem to have increased the suspension travel by 25 mm (total is still less than a 650 Transalp though), added an aluminium top case, a longer screen and moved the coolant expansion tank upwards. Unfortunately it still has a 19" front wheel rather than a 21"-er. Price-wise it seems to be in BMW F650 GS Dakar territory, although Aprilias do tend to get big discounts. I don't view the five valve head version of the engine to be an advantage over the BMW, but the Pegaso does at least have a 21 ltr tank rather than a daft 17.5 ltr thimble! Any views?
