I am new, well new in the past tense, but still I smell of new cars. Which is nice, as I anticipate smelling of old arse in a month or two's time..

Yes indeed, this next month I am running away from my debts/going on a wonderful journey into Spain. Where I might get shanked for my bike keys/enjoy a wonderful new life.

I'm soliciting advice on trip planning in the Europe sub forum but here I just wanted to wave and generally be in awe of the epic adventures I have spent the last half decade or so reading about on here ..

Whenever I need picking up or inspiring, I find material in spades on this site. Thanks for that and thanks for inspiring _me_ personally to break my mould and go out into the world and see what I can get bitten by.

PS: My blog/diary options are a bit limited to here or wordpress, does anyone offer any generic apache hosting? I'd like to setup some static pages (to cover sponsorship, bike fit, routes, kit etc) and build the google index/relevance up over the next year or two but I can't afford to pay for hosting alas.
