This is Topher here in Montezuma, New Mexico, I'm headed south this week on
a touring ready bmw xcountry. Would love to make it to Tierra Del Fuego by April 1. This site appears to be a fantastic resource. Thanx for being here everybody. Wish me luck.

I have to pack warmly just to get out of here and then peel it all off in a couple of days. If I arrive in Santiago and the weather seems too severe
I might use other means to get to Ushuaia. Anybody have experience riding in Patagonia in the fall? Winds become out off control? It couldn't be as cold as the polar air I've been riding around in here, could it?:freezing:
