hello everyone, just registered and thought id take a minute and introduce myself. i found this website awhile back, read it, was quite impressed with it, lost it, and recently found it again. have been lurking for a week or two now reading everything i can. decided to register tonite and hopefully contribute in some way while learning and traveling.
im Ray, 28, live in california, married and plan on traveling around the world with my wife as we are able to, one continent at a time as chance and finances permit. our first trip we are planning for late this fall down to baja.
most of my riding experience has been offroad, bought a dual sported 1985 XR600R a couple years back, and am working on the whole M1 lisense now. got it registered, and insured, and am looking forward to traveling.
just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.

I was just checking out the info for the Colorado meeting. Are 4x4 overlanders welcome to attend these events? I know we take up a lot more space than we should, but I was just wondering.
