Hello Hubb, Single to Sarajevo
Hello Hubb, My fondest greetings to you all.
I have been a silent reader of the hubb for so long now, but as I am 3 and a half weeks to go before I leave, I really ought say hello at least. My name is Dave, I am from Shropshire UK and will be taking my Pegaso 650 Trail accross Europe to Sarajevo and back over the course of a month. It will be a lightweight and cheap trip, hopefully involving a bit of off road too. I turned 40 this year and this is my birthday treat. I want to go around Europe and see as many of the things in it that I have always wanted to see. I will hopefully be doing a blog too. Happy trails Dave

Good luck with your trip Dave, I did Sarajevo a couple of years ago, albeit by car....I had a blast as I'm sure you will!

Thanks for that, the Balkans do sound very intersting, a little less Europe within the presence of Europe, Sarajevo, especially. It will all be a lot of fun as long as Betty, my bike is happy to go. (she is a bit tempramental!)... A bigger boy said that and then ran off.....

Dave,
Not sure what route your doing but the Black Forest and around Fussen are beautiful areas.....Florence, although a little out of your direct route is one of my favourite cities. The Croatian coastline is stunning.......so many places. Have a great trip. Craig
