I've been on ADV since 2007, and I am more of a dual sport guy due to kids marital status etc here is my WR250r

It has heated grips, IMS 3.1 tank, 14/49 gearing, skid plate, radiator brace/guard, rear rack, dirt bagz, homemade hwy pegs, Hand guards, pro-taper bars with risers gps power and ram mount, and a modified to fit BMW 650 Dakar windscreen.

The bike works great for it's intended purpose of shorter trips (non RTW type), commuting, and trail riding... Just add proper tires for current use and go.
