Hello from High Wycombe !

Afternoon all, been lurking for a while but thought it time I introduce myself....

Currently own a 650GS Dakar and about to start planning some proper trips on the bike and appear to have found the right place for ideas, information and inspiration !

I'll try not to ask too many dumb questions....

Cheers

Radar

Hi Radar

Hi Radar :mchappy:

Fairly new to HU myself and find it a very addictive site, with my kids now giving me a hard time about being locked into the PC all day. As it's made up of travellers and bikers, it's no wonder, as I can't talk football.

Did you get to the Ace Cafe HU meet Sunday gone, as it was a brilliant day with about 100 plus bikes there and 4 guest speakers who were all terrific.

We are only between Banbury and Chipping Norton, so if you are up this way, call in for a cuppa and a sarnie and after reading that you work for Riders for Health, bring my only US hero, Randy Mamola along with you, especially if he is on his 2 seater GP bike!

Take care

Chris

Cheers

Chris

Meeting

Yes, Hi. You could consider the Spring UK Meeting in Ripley 18-21 June. There are still places left but a limit of 500. Instead of clicking on HUBB, a little further down, click on "meetings" to get there. It'll be my first but looks like it'll be well worth the effort to get there. Linzi.

Unfortunately never made it to the Ace as I had to work :( and being a volunteer for Riders for Health I have yet to meet Randy Mamola but Rossi did once run over my foot on a paddock scooter if that counts ??

I may just have a look into that....

Hi

I live up the hill from High Wycombe - I've got a black xt with a top box, so wave if you see me!
A mate and I raised a couple of quid for Riders for Health last year and even went to visit Ops Director Therese at the Serrekunda base in the Gambia. Nice bunch!

Rossi!

Rossi, not bad, but I hope you smacked him one after!
