Hello From East Sussex in the UK

Hello there,

I'm fairly new to all this malarky but looking forward to expanding my horizons by taking a few trips on my new Triumph Tiger Explorer in the coming years. Whilst I've traveled fairly extensively to tourist destinations in my former life, working for a UK based mainline tour operator, and taken a few European trips on previous bikes, mainly to H-D Rallies, and done a 3 week tour around the USA (California, Arizona, Utah) I'm now looking to the future and experiencing more.

I've just pre-booked HUBB UK for next May/June and will drag the wife & son along to see if I can inspire them either to join me or, if that's not possible then to fund me at least!!!

I look forward to picking your collective brains and plan to lurk and absorb your collective experience until I can get the time off and the funding for my next trip.

Thanks in advance and hope to see some of you at the event.

Welcome.

Hi, there are quite a few HUBBers in East Sussex, more than five I'd guess in Brighton itself alone. I wonder if it'd be popular to arrange a casual meet-up for all-comers at some local watering hole? Is the Six Bells near Chiddingly suitable?

Lindsay.

Six Bells

Thanks Lindsay.

Good to know there's others in the area. A meet up at the Six Bells sounds like a good idea, I'd be up for it.

Anyone else??????

Chance with weather.

Say, midday, Sunday 21 October though that's just thought. Any other time/date is OK. Lindsay.
