once gold member always gold member?
Hey Grant and Susan,
Been wandering around the Souk pages a couple times already. Really want to become silver or gold member. But I am wondering (mayby the info is out there and I missed it...), if I buy an article as gold member, do have to keep paying the gold member price to keep that honourfull status? Or is it seen as a one time deposit? Btw: how is the Souk doing? Any numbers known? Pieter. ------------------ http://users.pandora.be/pieter.maes2/ |

Hi Pieter
Sorry for the delay in responding to your query, it slipped through the cracks in the chaos while we were draining the swamp (how's that for mixed metaphors?) ![]() The membership status is intended to be valid for one year, but we're not 'enforcing' that rule, since it is a voluntary membership anyway. We appreciate all the support we get. So you need not worry that we will ask you to turn in your Gold Member t-shirt at some future date. And if you want more than one t-shirt, you only have to pay the membership fee once.As for the Souk results, they are somewhat seasonal. I plan to give the Souk a major upgrade, both to add new products which CafePress now lets us offer, and to make it easier to navigate since they are offering better software to do that. I will strive to make that happen in April, which hopefully will give sales a boost. ![]() Don't forget you can also contribute via good old-fashioned cheque or money order. Here's the link for details. Thanks Susan |
