As long as someone's bumped this by voting in the poll......Hey Grant, it's not back at all. I still see time and date of posts, not xxx hours ago. Firefox 3.6.25 on OS 10.5.8. Am I missing something crucial?

Thanks.

Mark

this is what I see - you should see the same. The system will show today and yesterday, then older is dates.

I seem to remember it originally being "posted xx hours ago". The old way made it easier to follow posts. If I was last on the HUBB 6 hours ago then I know that anything posted less than 6 hours ago might be new to me. With this new "today", "yesterday" setup it's much harder to figure out what I've already read.

You're absolutely right Michelle! Of the three choices I had, I had only one left, and that was it!

So now everyone has seen them all. Hope you like it like this!

Thanks, Grant.

Now, as long as we're discussing inconsequential-but-niggling-little-details.....above and to the right of this thread I see "Welcome Markharf! You last visited one day ago at 22:54...." However, in point of fact I last visited a couple of hours ago, as evidenced by my recent post in this thread. This feature was working correctly for a brief while (after the great log-in failures), then stopped working correctly when you fixed something else.

Does it matter? Naw.

Yeah it's a little flaky - will be fixed at some point in the next couple of months. I have over 300 pairs of files of code (ALL the code that runs the HUBB) to compare manually to find a couple of bugs...

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
