There's a report that BMW have recently filed a new trademark for the Triumph name. The application was filed in October last year. Triumph, for years, was one of the corporations that made the perfect British sports vehicle. They were light on their feet, had reasonable power under the hood and were often two-seater convertibles. The company is long deceased but technically is owned by BMW, who are said to be considering a resurrection for the brand. Here is the report: BMW considering reviving Triumph.

I've looked at your link and I believe this means that BMW has rights for the model name "Triumph" for their cars; such as the TR3/4 (with Belgium plates) that is in the pic in the link.
It doesn't mean that BMW own Triumph as a manufacturing company.

Similarly, "Rolls Royce aero engines" is a manufacturing company in the UK making those products; the RR cars brand is owned by BMW (the link article is very loose in its' description of what BMW owns).

I think this clarifies.
