Fuel tap on Trophy 3
 

I'm getting conflicting info on the position of the fuel tap on a Trophy 3 900. Midway is ON but which way is reserve? Up or down. 2 Triumph "mechanics" have told me different things.:confused1:

On the new Bonneville the embossed arrow on the tap points DOWN for normal and UP for reserve. It's probably the same throughout the range.
With luck another Trophy owner will give a definitive reply. Meanwhile, I hope this helps.

On my 1995 Trophy 4 up is for reserve and down is for prime.
