Transporting Bikes Cape Town/ Windhoek - Rotterdam

We would like to ship our bikes the end of May from Cape Town or Windhoek to Rotterdam (the Netherlands). Does anyone of you have a name of a shipping agent (only with positive experience) and good you please give an estimation of the costs. We are espacially interested in het 'importcost' (port etc.) in Rotterdam. Please sent us accurate information.
