Transport - Which Van is Big enough..
 

Hiya Folks..

Ok - I want to ride this trip (UK to Portugal) but I might need to save a bit of time and transport my BMWs over to Portugal along with our other belongings this summer when we move there... so... the question...

Which Van to Hire?

Mercedes Sprinter or similar?
Ford LWB Luton or similar?

I know I can just about fit 2 bikes into a sprinter and tie them down? BUT would I be able to do that and still fit a bed in? (in pieces - i.e. long wooden beams) and other belongings....

Can I tie the bikes down into a Luton van? I can get them up there if I have a tail lift... but are they sturdy enough to tie down to...

Anyone with any experience I would love to hear from.....
