I'm considering the option of shipping via container to India.

Possible countries for departure could be Chile, Argentina, Ecuador even Columbia.

Is this a foolish notion ?
is it possible ?
Has anybody done this ?

Does anyone know of a direct shipping connection to achieve ?

any tips out there please.
