Shipping Vancouver to Rotterdam return

Recently completed our European trip and wanted to pass this shipping info along.

Shipped Vancouver to Rotterdam by sea, craterd bike, BMW 1200LT, 22 day in transit, 905 Euro

Shipped Rotterdam to Vancouver by sea, crated, 22 day transit time, 975 Euro.

Prices include insurance of 130 Euro each way

The company we used was Mainport Forwarding, and they were great. Picked us up at the hotel, delivered to the bike. On the return trip we needed a crate built (our was unuseable for the return trip) and again we were looked after.

I am sure they can help anyone in or out of North America.

Sounds like a reliable company, i'm planning on shipping my 1100gs from the Netherlands to Chicago in June.

It might be useful to note that they have a website www.motortransport.nl

Ferry, Amsterdam
