Hi guys,

I'm also interested to know how you sent your bikes to Europe? I'm trying to find a way to ship mine from Cartagena/Colombia to Finland/Europe.

Thanks,
Mikko

Best regards,

Hey all, hey Rutaaaaaa!!!

My plan was to ship from Cartagena to Hamburg, Germany in two weeks.

My contact is Olaf Kleinknecht of In Time Hamburg.
InTime Forwarding & Courier - Motorradspedition Hamburg, Luftfracht, Seefracht, Lkw-Transport, Crosstrade, Kurierdienst u. Warehousing

A very helpful and friendly guy. Unfortunately my engine broke some days ago so I don´t know, if I´ll be able to reach Colombia. Stuck in Peru at the moment.
Somebody interested in sharing a container from Lima or Arica to Europe?

Greetings,
tobi

Hi Tobi
Sorry to hear that your 640 has issues. Check with Toby Shannon in Huanuco at

adventure motorcycle tours in Peru and all South America - Home

He knows Japanese and Austrian single cylinder bikes and has a full mechanic's workshop. His address is also in the iOverlander app.

Good luck from Ecuador.

We met at Pollo's in Azul

Hey Chris,

thanks! Found a good mechanic here in Trujillo and will see if he´s able to do some magic to my engine.

Is that crazy bike of yours still running?

Greetings to Equador!

tobi

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
