Shipping from the states to Nepal
 

I am interesting in shipping a bike from the states, San Francisco to be exact, to Nepal. I have read a lot of posts about shipping a bike from Bangkok to Kathmandu. A lot of these posts talk about regional shippers. Does anyone know of any options for shipping from the states to Nepal? I do not mind having to ship it through a place like Bangkok, but I would like to find a company that can arrange the whole trip.
