i have just shipped my bike with Girag from Bogata to Panama.

It costs less to go north $675(US) all in. This needs to be payed in Columbian Pesos, cash.

The Dian office has now moved, its 200m down the road from the Girag office, so you no longer need to cross the road. (on the 3rd floor)

The Girag office will be relocating in the next 6 month, to a new building behind the Dian office. they said they would be sharing with air france cargo, or very close. Its easy to find as it the large modern buildings on the way out of the airport.
