Shipping a bike from Japan or Korea to Europe

Hello,

Maybe the questions has been answered in another thread but I can't find anything.

Does anyone here knows how much I should expect to pay to ship my bike from Korea or Japan back to Europe ?
Sea or air, wichever is the cheaper.
Northern Europe, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Hamburg, ...

I don't need an exact quote, just a number to help me guesstimate the budget needed for my next trip.

1000 € ? More ? Less ?

Thank you

Appx 1,200 euro by sea,, LCL or Ro-Ro ,, by air 2,400 Euro.
Then there are all sorts of packaging, handling, customs declaration fees.
Both Korea and Japan ,,similar.

Thank you Joe.

So I suppose that at the end of the day, I must expect to pay around 1.500 € at the end of the day.

Do you know if it's possible for a traveller to sell a bike in Korea ?

BGIL ,,
Very hard to sell the bike, in Korea.
If it was 30 years ago,, they would have ate it up.
Now with so much imports and very stiff EPA rules and high cost of MOT. Not worth it. Unless it is a Harley and you are willing to sell it at the USA market price.

doh
