hi thiere can anyone let me no who what is the best way to ship from bagkok to northern india or will i have to simply ship straght to kathmandu as i cant get through burma i wont to ship as it is cheaper than flying

I am in the process of planning my trip from Oz to the Uk, via Singapore etc. From what I have read, it is easier to ship your bike into Katmundu then ride into India.
If you are still in Oz (planning) there is a company called Dangerous Goods Management in Brisbane who are very helpful and they also have an agent in Bangkok. Give them a ring and ask for Jimmy, he is very helpful.
