Istanbul-Kenya or South Africa
Hello,
someone send ever a bike from Istanbul to Kenya or South Africa?Some Info would be great.A ticket for one person in October to South Africa costs only 380 Euro.But how much is the bike?I drive a GS1200 Adv. Mike

2 Africa Twins are crated and seafreighted this year to south africa and many bikes to other countries at the club.
Maximum dimensions with front wheel out for BMW.1200 230 X 120 X 85 cm. and weight 400 kg. costed about 1.500 dolars including metal crate and wooden coverings for sea freight.Takes about 1 month to be there. thanks a lot for your quick answer.You are allways very helpful.In September i will come to Istanbul and visit your club.My first idea was to go India by bike but if it is not possible to cross Pakistan i am looking for other options. Regards Mike
