Ferry from Trapani (Sicily) to Tunis

Hi, any Idea where to find out the timetable for this ferry, I have checked the "net" and
no timetable, all pages under construction for April this year. I have phones a few UK travel agents, one even asked where Tunis was so no joy there. Palermo to Tunis would do also.
Regards Chris

Good links guys! I have had a look through them, and it seems that some of the options are already in my spreadsheet (which is subject to change):

Over the next couple of weeks (while my broken hand sorts itself out) I will call around and price up ways of getting to Tunisia with my bike.

The European port doesn't really matter for me, as I have decided to ride down, not Motorail. Traditionally, Genoa has been the cheapest option, and you can do the border paperwork on the boat.

...but that may no longer be the case. For your information, I am pricing the trip to leave at the end of April. My ticket will be a single.

Please, if you find anything out, e-mail me the numbers and I will upload an amended spreadsheet. People seem to have such problems with this: let's put a solution online!

Hi, thanks for all the info, have contacted Viamere and they say no ferries from Trapani until June but there is a ferry from Palermo every Monday at midnight and it costs £160 for two people sharing a cabin and one motorcycle so its booked, return is with SNCM to marseilles and costs £360 for the same but with private toilet. So all looks good for next Friday for a quick trip to Tunis
