Cuba Trip & Registering Euro Bike in US
If any of you have been to Cuba, you must have noticed what I did: Ideal for riding! Little traffic (I'm from Los Angeles, so that's a relative statement), great weather, scenery gallore. No MC rental possiblity though. So, my choices are to buy a bike there (mostly Jawas and CZ with sidecars) or bring my own (tougher since I live in the US and there are no direct flights to Cuba), or I could ship a used GS or F650 from Europe to Havana on Lufthansa but what would I do with it after my 2 month trip (Could ship it to Mexico and ride it home! But what about the hassle of registering a Euro bike in the US?)?
Ideas, please. My kingdom for an idea!
