By air to Darwin

Does anyone know if it cheaper to fly the bike from KL or Singapore.

Also, Ive read that it can be a pain getting the bike into Singapore, is this true? does anyone have any experience?

Hi

Another vote for Perkins.

Getting the bike in from Malaysia to Singapore can be a little hassle with paperwork and such.

I 'accidently' went in through a separate channel with all the other locals on bikes. They just glanced at my passport and let me straight through.

Once I was in, it was a simple matter to double back to the customs guys and get the carnet stamped. No messing about with paperwork and those traffic charging systems.
