Quick update in container spaces etc, we have 4 left for the outward journey from Dublin to Vladivostok and 3 for the return leg Vladivostok to Dublin. i can possibly help getting bikes from UK to Dublin and back as live in Brighton. We have also been in contact with Yuri Melnikov regarding sorting out storage and customs, import/export paperwork etc. the cost is around $250 import and $300 export per bike to be sorted out by each rider separate of shipping cost. Due to customs all imported bikes need to have the owners present when customs inspects so we are planning on having the container ready for bike collection on july 14-15th, this means all owners will have to be in Vladivostok for this. Return the bikes can be dripped off without the owners needing to stay for the container to ship, this will be around middle of September.
Anyone interested email either myself or Kev on the emails in the opening message.

Update on container...
We have a provisional departure date from Dublin of 7th May, this may change slightly. The container will be in Vladivostok for mid to late June so that it will be ready for bike collection mid July.
There are still places available both ways if anyone is interested.

Cheers

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
