Air shipping Minneapolis to Europe
 

I'm looking for info on air freight from Minneapolis to Italy/Germany/France for the end of this summer. Is Lufthansa in Chicago the only economical shipper (we would rather ship from Mpls)? We're also open to other countries to ship to, like Scandinavia.
