Hi Bruce

London to Vancouver is a fairly easy one. Motorcycle Express does uncrated air shipping between US/Canada and Europe. London to Vancouver price from their site is US$ 1,345.00. They have been used by many travellers, including us.

As for Honda m/c dealers in Vancouver, the biggest is Carter Honda, but you will have to check with them directly as to whether they offer that service.

Carter Honda
1502 - 3rd Avenue West
Vancouver, BC V6J 1J7 Telephone: 604-736-4547
Fax: 604-736-4263
Email: mikebruce@cartermotorsports.com

Good luck, and please fill out the Shipping Form when you complete your shipment, for the benefit of future travellers.

Hi there, I am going the other way, Vancouver BC to Amsterdam on July 14th. I like my shipper here in Vancouver and he may be able to help. His contact information is under the Shipping page. His name is Bruno. The local phone number is 604-303-7384 and the fax is 604-303-7354. They are a pretty busy shop so I would give them a call before faxing. I found him to be cheaper than Motorcycle Express. Good luck, Danette

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
