Visa applications: address in the country?

If you're applying for a visa (in my case Iran, Pakistan, India) and you hit the question of the address you are staying at, when you know you're going to be travelling around on a bike and possibly camping do you:

a) pick a random hotel and use that address
b) leave it blank
c) put something like 'unknown' or 'various'

Then put the address you are currently staying at. Easy. Truthfull. Best to let the place know that you may get mail. And do try to stay there if you come back that way so you can pick up any mail that has arrived.

DO NOT leave it blank, or poste resante or 'travelling' .. all those flag the aplication for possible rejection.

I'm not sure what you mean by this - I'm currently staying at home in London and dont have any address at all in those countries.

Did you mean I should pick an address I think I will be staying at?
