USA Canada motor bike insurance
 

Hello All
Starting USA Canada road trip mid jan 2012
Bike being shipped from Australia at the moment
looking for info on insurance etc
Any info would be much appreciated

Try Progressive.com. Car Insurance: Auto Insurance & Insurance Quotes - Progressive Many have used them, you may need an address for billing and to send the paper work to.

We get this a few times a year and some people have a hard time with it you may want to do a search.

Michael:

Be aware that any insurance issued by a company in either the USA or Canada will fulfil the minimum requirements for liability coverage within all of Canada and the USA. The document you get (the 'pink slip') is sufficient evidence of this if you are stopped and challenged for insurance anywhere in either of the two countries.

Mexico is an entirely different matter.
