Green Card insurance in Frankfurt

Hello again,

I'm picking my bike up from the Frankfurt airport on Monday. Before I can ride it I need to arrange Green Card insurance. Does anyone know where I can arrange insurance for a foreign bike in Frankfurt? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Hmm... As far as i know it should be available at any insurance company. Very common document. Not sure how much mess it needs for over-oceaners, but to do it locally you just ask and give 3 signatures, that's all - you got it.

Contact Stefan Knopf at http://www.knopftours.com/ and tell him we sent you - he can sort out all the insurance green card etc papers quickly and easily at a good price.

You can simply walk into any ADAC office and they will sell you one on the spot.

If your bike is registered & insured in UK then it's already insured for all of the EU.

Greencard insurance

Hi Guys
check out this guys, you can do it all over the net they send you a copy that you can print out, you can chose the amount of time you want to be covered and you can renew it as often as you like. I have used them a couple of times while in Europe, great and quick service.
