Temporary Import to Russia?
 

Hi, planning to bring my bike from Germany to Moscow in the spring, keep it there all summer, and then ride it back out to another country in the fall.

I want to bring it in as a temporary import...does anyone know the max length of time I can bring it in as a temporary import? I want to keep it about 6 months...does it depend on what the Russian customs guys enter on my form on entry? Any suggestions to maximize the temp import period? I brought my bike in as a temp import last summer with no probs, but only for about a month.
