taking a motorcycle rented in India across border to Nepal
planning a possible trip in the Ladakh region of Northern India this fall
also thinking about running to Nepal I hear crossing into Nepal is a lot more lax than it used to be anyone ever done it, what kind of paperwork would one need to cross over into Nepal for a few days on an Enfield rented in India just trying to figure out what are options might be for the trip

Hi mutenieer,
I don't know how it will work with a rented bike, but the customs betweeen india en west nepal are verry easy going. I gues it will not be a problem to cross the border without vehicel stamps..... (illegal??) You can read and see more about the crossing on my website: Going East - Home.
