Second passport
Is it possible to get a second passport (UK), telling the passprt office that I have lost mine.....does this cause any problems if i were to find the original at a later date and try to use it??

Shouldn't be a problem getting a second passport, and shouldn't be a problem using the second passport either, the passport office won't have any way of knowing that you used it. BUT - if you're trying to hide entry into a particular country - for well-known reasons - remember that the border guards at certain crossings aren't stupid. They can figure out that you have to enter and exit a country somewhere, and if they can't see a valid path you're stuffed.
Same goes when it comes time to renew your passport - you have to hand in the old one, and I have no idea whether or not they look at your past travels or not, or how closely - but keep it in mind, and don't hand in the orginal lost one ;-). ------------------ Grant Johnson Share the Dream! at: www.HorizonsUnlimited.com
