Ride London -> Copenhagen? Oz bike...
Hi all,
I'm planning on shipping my bike to the UK next year as I'm going to be living in Copenhagen, Denmark. I want to ride/ferry it from London -> Copenhagen. It's currently registered here in Australia. What paperwork will I need to do that trip? Should I register it in Denmark first, or is Aussie rego valid in Europe? Do I need a carnet or is there some sort of temporary permit to make the journey, as it's just to get it to Denmark where I'll be living? I want to work out if it's easier just to pay the extra and have it shipped all the way through to Copenhagen, rather than riding it from London... Anyway, any help/ideas would be much appreciated!
