Non-EU Tailored Insurance Service Req'd!
 

OK, we're planning a trip round southern and eastern Europe as our honeymoon in June and we're taking the company car (new CMax) and our maggiolina rooftent. The company insurance though only covers us in the UK fully comp and in the EU as third party. My company car colleagues are trying to extend the cover for non-EU countries but I was just wondering if I could take out my own policy? Some people say you can't insure anything you don't own, but this isn't what some insurance company's seem to be telling me.

So - I'm after one month's fully comp insurance on a car I don't own for EU and some non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine etc) - can anyone help point me in the right direction of a firm who will tailor make such a policy???
