so, no carnet for the Panamanian rider. ( no body issues it here,ie Panama )
then, lets say i drive out of India on a bike bought and registered to me in Nepal.
how on earth can i drive to Turkey through Pakistan/Iran ? is there an import/export option ? transit ?
