Middle East insurance
 

I am planning a trip to Oman from the UK. What advice can anyone give about getting insurance in advance for:

Turkey
Iran (maybe)
Syria
Jordan
Saudi Arabia
UAE
Oman

I will probably be traveling with an Oman residents permit when I got if that will make getting insurance any easier for the arabian peninsula.

PS it will be on a UK registered motorcycle.

TR, IR and Oman at the border, UAE not required, but in light of lots of expensive cars on the road and bad driving you may want to get it anyway. (This is third party cover, you can't get anything else.)

Saudi: can you get a visa?
