Hi all,

I post that for a friend. She bought a bike in Nicaragua (CA- Registered) from an Israeli. She has got the Bike, registration papers, a contract in english, a notario confirmed contract in spanish and NO titel paper any more (burned). The bike is still registered on the israeli name (The guy is not available any more), registration running out in AUG 02.

How to get the bike ownership transfered to her (officially forged new titel paper) and registered on her name?

Is there anybody here, who is familar with the procedures required or knows someone who ...?
