Letter of Invitation Pakistan?

Hello Everyone,
I am curious to know exactly how one obtains a Letter of Invitation for getting a visa for Pakistan. I have read suggestions that one needs to contact a Pakistani travel/tour agency to get one and that may require the purchase of an unwanted tour.
Someone must know a surefire way of getting one with out mucking around with hunting down an agency, taking forever to find one that claims to provide one without a tour booking, and after sending away a payment, may or may not send out one.
So does anyone have a certain way of getting one with a blow by blow description on exactly how to go about it, who to contact and any other info regarding expected payments and timeframes, etc.
My thanks in advance
David

We got ours from Lost Horizon Treks & Tours. Wasn't too pricey and all done over the web. We didn't have to sign up for any tour, they will just do the letter. Good luck!

Well it appears that L. H. T. & T is not operating any longer. I sent off a few emails and days went by so I called the numbers and found they were no longer in use.
So, does anyone else have any ideas about getting a Letter of Invitation one needs to obtain a Visa for Pakistan?

If you are a biker and have a blog getting a LOI shouldn't be a problem.
If you still cant figure out a way, let me know.
