leaving a vehicle in Maroc

Is there any way (at all) of leaving a vehicle in Morocco and returning for it say two months later? Would leaving it in Ceuta be the same as leaving it in Spain (ie.EU)? I'm guessing the answer is a big NO, but excuse me while I clutch at straws!

Hello Richard,

Well, I think you’re a bit pessimistic,
We did the crossing from Moroc/Ceuta to Alcegiras with our own vehicle.
In fact the only border you cross is that of Moroc and Ceuta (which is Spain, so yes you leave your car in Spain when it is in Ceuta).

I think there’s no problem getting on the Ceuta ferry without your car, and leaving it in Ceuta (parked somewhere safely, just to pick it up on a next trip).

We were not checked again after the Ceuta border.

God luck and have fun,

Jelle

Indeed it is perfectly possible to leave the car in Morocco , assumin -either- that you leave in "Customs" custody (i.e. at any border OR any international Airport) .. and for no longer than 3 months. (or was it 100 days ? ).

after that .. obviously you lose the car.

Hace a nice day.
