An American friend of mine is considering buying a motorcycle in the UK and storing it here (in the UK) all year. He then hopes to fly over every year and ride in the UK and Europe for 2/3/4 weeks at a time. His obstacle is that he says he cannot find a broker to insure his bike. UK insurance companies won't because he doesn't have a permament address here, and he says neither will US insurance companies. Any ideas, please?

Thats great. Any ballpark ideas of price for upto 6 months of cover for a 26 year old male on an XT600 ?
