how to get carnet

i m born nepal its in south east asia m plannin asia and europe tour with my new royal enfield but da problm is we don't have any rider club so how can i get carnet, financially n metally m prepared but the carnet if u can help me providing good n easy way pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease
