EPA for USA
 
hi, i`ve ben told that to take the bike to the US i need a waiver form off the EPA for temp non-comformaty to us emissions etc,is this so? is there an email add where i can apply? cheers

ta bruce everyone seems to come up with allsorts of things,we`ve been told if we fill this form before we go it saves time at the other end,let us kno how you get on,oh how much is your transport over there

The main thing that seems to make US customs happy from what I have read is if you have the invoice for when you bought the bike as well as the V5.

You can get a quote from James Cargo, but mine is coming out as 948ukp which includes all charges, and 1.5% insurance (based on bike being worth 2k). They also crate the bike for you.
