Dutch guy leaving US to mexico
 

Hi all,
finally after 4 months of traveling US and canada i made it to Mexico on my TT600R. I entered Mexico in Tijuana and i got a bit confused.

I got a Mexican tourist visa for 180 days. check
I already got a temp. vehicle permit for when i enter Mexico mainland. check.

i noticed that there is no stamp in my passport for entering Mexico. So i went to the mexican immigration service in Ensenada. Stamp is not required. check.

So all is well, apparently. The only thing that bothers me is that US customs doesn't know i left the US. Which is not a problem, until i want to go back to the US in the future....

What to do?

Normally you shouldn't have a problem. One time we wen into the States the guy askled my wife where her previous permit was and she said she had handed it at the border. I think if you hav a problem you say the same thing "I handed it in to the guy at the bridge in Tijuana" This would be the same guy who collects your toll money.
