Have you tried the motor registry place on Sheikh Ziad Rd in Al Quoz/Al Barsha? It's next door to the modern Gold Souk, just past the turn off that is directly in line with the Burj Al Arab (junction 4 I think), on the right hand side if heading towards the city. They handle everything to do with vehicle registry/testing/licences etc
Check here or google "tajseel dubai"

Can't you just accept that you already have the blue exit stamp on your carnet. It's next to the red one! Stop worrying.

CDP stamped by customs

I took the ferry from Sharjah to Iran last September and my CDP was stamped by the Port Khalid Customs. At least that's what the stamps says. I wasnt there as the ferry operator took care of the paperwork. But it's definately customs who have to clear the bikes and stamp the carnet. Your shipping agent should know more.

Good luck!
